Shipping

Orders are packed and posted from the Gold Coast, usually within 3 business days.

• Australia: A$10 flat rate, Australia Post, tracked, 2 to 8 business days.
• Worldwide: A$25 flat rate, International, tracked, 7 to 21 business days. Import duties and taxes in your country are your responsibility.

You will get an email with tracking once your order ships.

Returns and refunds

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email [email protected] within 30 days with your order email and a photo. We will repair, replace or refund it, including postage, as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Wrong size? Email us within 14 days of delivery and we will swap it if stock allows. Items need to be unworn and unwashed, and return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. Prints are not exchangeable unless faulty.

ROMII TV membership

ROMII TV is a monthly or yearly membership for watching members-only videos at whoisromii.com/tv. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

• Your membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel, and Stripe charges the card you joined with.
• Cancel any time from ROMII TV under Manage membership. You keep watching until the end of the period you have paid for and you will not be charged again.
• From the same place you can switch between monthly and yearly, update your card and download invoices.
• If your price ever changes, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
• Your membership is for you. Please do not share sign-in links, or record or re-upload the videos.
• Charged by mistake, or something not working? Email [email protected]. Refunds follow Australian Consumer Law, and we are happy to fix genuine mistakes.
• Videos may be added, changed or removed over time. If ROMII TV ever closes, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.

Privacy

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it survives a page refresh, and it never leaves your device until you check out.

ROMII TV keeps your email address, your membership status and the Stripe reference needed to manage your membership. Signing in sets one essential cookie that keeps that device signed in for 60 days, renewed while you keep visiting. It is not used for tracking. Sign-in links work once and expire after 20 minutes, and they are sent through our email provider (Resend or Cloudflare). Videos are streamed by Cloudflare Stream. We count how often each episode is played without linking plays to you. Records of former members are deleted two years after their membership ends, or sooner if you ask.

If you join the ROMII TV waitlist, we use your email only to tell you when ROMII TV opens, then delete the list.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and card details to complete the order, and we receive the details we need to ship it. We never see or store full card numbers. Read Stripe's privacy policy.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log basic technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure. Visits may be counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies. Music and video players from Spotify and YouTube are loaded from those services and are covered by their own privacy policies.
